PLEASE NOTE:
Criminal
background check needs to be filled out by all persons applying for
housing who are over the age of 18
You must sign a release for
a criminal background check. This is done through the local police
and possibly through the State of Montana and/or the FBI
The
Citizenship Form (part #3) needs to be filled out for each person
listed on the application.
We will also run a credit check to
see if you owe past landlords back rent. We will also check landlord
references
After completing the application process, you may
be offered an apartment, or be placed on our waiting list if an
apartment is not available
